I'm on 100mcg of levo, felt absolutely great on 200mcg levo and 20mcg T3 but endo says I will likely kill myself. Would like to self source. Any advice appreciated, thank you

Why do they make assumptions and 'rumours' about thyroid hormones. If we take too much, we'd soon reduce and I doubt they have ever heard of resistance to thyroid hormones. I think if an Endocrinologist makes unsubstantiated statements just so they can adjust patients' doses, I don't think they know very much except take notice of the TSH. He wants to reduce your T3 because it has become so expensive and I don't understand why the NHS cannot source cheaper T3.
Some people do need a large dose to relieve their clinical symptoms.
