Bok choi? Is anybody else allergic to it?

We prepared a delicious stir-fry using Bok Choi for the first time last night.

I have been in agony for 18hrs. I am so swollen I can still hardly breathe. I ask myself could it be the Bok Choi ??

What else did you add to the stir fry aside from the bok choi? Did you use sesame seed oil?

What else did you eat? It might be one or a combination of things.

I have just come across something on the internet dating how some people are really allergic to it ...and it seems to belong to the Mustard family, do that's a No, No for me.

Eating anything just pretty much fills me with dread.

Last weekend it was my reaction to the lamb that was so severe, never again will lamb pass my lips!

Ah well, today will be a sofa day, wrapped in a big towel as I can't dress; everything is too uncomfortable, even a bathrobe.

It's been pretty ghastly, still not back to normal after a week.. whatever normal is!

As you can imagine I have declared a Bok Choi free zone within a 100km perimeter!

Oh dear that sounds bad. I’ve not heard of it being an allergen before now. I will check that out before I add it to a stir fry, just in case.
