What else did you add to the stir fry aside from the bok choi? Did you use sesame seed oil?
What else did you eat? It might be one or a combination of things.

Eating anything just pretty much fills me with dread.
Last weekend it was my reaction to the lamb that was so severe, never again will lamb pass my lips!
Ah well, today will be a sofa day, wrapped in a big towel as I can't dress; everything is too uncomfortable, even a bathrobe.

Oh dear that sounds bad. I’ve not heard of it being an allergen before now. I will check that out before I add it to a stir fry, just in case.
