I have been told that the hepititus b vaccine is not safe if you have graves (which I have) does anyone have any thoughts on this as I am trying to sort a holiday which requires this any help would grateful

There aren't many holiday destinations where Hep B vaccinations are an absolute must, and you can take precautions to reduce the risk. fitfortravel.nhs.uk/advice/....

You say you were told - was this person a health professional ? If you're seeing your endo soon, it would be worth discussing with them, otherwise your GP. An independent travel clinic will know about the risks of Hep B, but probably not much about the thyroid.

I've got Graves' - can't say I'm sure what I would do myself ! (although I'm up-to-date with it anyway).
