Hi I’m on 175mcg of Levothyroxine. I’ve recently done a saliva test and here are my. Results added on photo not sure if that’s allowed if I’m honest.

No problem with adding photos :)

With low DHEA and two very high cortisol levels, using the comments as a guide maybe you should be discussing this with your GP and asking for a referral to the necessary specialist.

Endocrinologist I imagine.

Hypothalamus is responsible for control of endocrine system through the pituitary gland. Hypothalamic Pituitary Axis mentioned in the comments. Adrenals part of the endocrine system, as is the thyroid.

Finding an endocrinologist who has an interest/enough knowledge is another matter. Most are diabetes specialists.

Your first hurdle is to get your GP to acknowledge your adrenal test and accept that the results confirm a problem. You might get a short synacthen test on the NHS, beyond that I don't know what else they offer.

I had a great endocrinologist but he had to stop seeing me because he couldn’t treat me when I was taking T3 unless it was an nhs prescription and I buy from turkey. Big pharmaceutical company ruling

Took them 4 years to find out I had pheochromocytoma a tumor on adrenal gland that produces hormones they can only find it if when they do blood test it is actually releasing cortisol I had blood test 25 days in a row and finally found it

Hi levels of cortisol at night could be indicative of Cushing's disease or syndrome. What other symptoms do you have?

Not what you're looking for?
