With low DHEA and two very high cortisol levels, using the comments as a guide maybe you should be discussing this with your GP and asking for a referral to the necessary specialist.

Endocrinologist I imagine.
Hypothalamus is responsible for control of endocrine system through the pituitary gland. Hypothalamic Pituitary Axis mentioned in the comments. Adrenals part of the endocrine system, as is the thyroid.
Finding an endocrinologist who has an interest/enough knowledge is another matter. Most are diabetes specialists.
Your first hurdle is to get your GP to acknowledge your adrenal test and accept that the results confirm a problem. You might get a short synacthen test on the NHS, beyond that I don't know what else they offer.
