TSH is suppressed but you are not overmedicated because FT4 is only just over halfway through range and FT3 is low in range.

The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status. For most patients that will be when TSH is 0.27 - 1.0 but some people will have suppressed TSH in order to have sufficient FT4. FT4 needs to be in the upper range in order that sufficient T3 is converted. Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_... Thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Levothyroxine treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.

VitD 44 is insufficient. My sister's GP prescribed 2 x 20,000iu D3 per week to raise vitD from 40 to >75. You can buy vitamin D3 without prescription. If you buy on Amazon please use the affiliate link healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... VitD should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine.

B12 268 is low in range. If you have symptoms in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... go to healthunlocked.com/pasoc for advice as they are the experts on B12 deficiency. If you have no symptoms you can improve B12 by supplementing 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges.

Folate is pretty much bottom of range. I would supplement 800mcg folic acid or methylfolate for 3-4 months to raise level.
