Did anyone else reduce or eliminate soy products and found their thyroid improved?

I doubt their thyroid would improve, not if they're on thyroid hormone replacement, but their absorption of thyroid hormone should improve at a cellular level.

Hi there i have cut out soya from my diet (2months) as i was told its not good for the thyroid but not sure if it works as yet, also cut it out due to being celiac and some celiacs believe soya can become cross contaminated- so to be safe i cut it out.😊

Yes and for some reason if I eat Soya it appears to make my Thyroid swell, so I don't eat at all now. I am okay with Soya sauce though

Pea protein isn't bad when mixed in foods like soup. If you don't have a nut allergy, homemade almond milk is creamy, superior to anything you can buy & has no questionable additives. Really easy to make.
