Thankyou not yet diagnosed with anything but the GP did these after I had symptoms of sweating and tremor and weight loss and because of those reasons he will not treat me
Claudie6,
The symptoms can be due to hypothyroidism. Your GP doesn't understand what s/he is doing so see another GP at the practice.
Is he not treating you because he wants to see if you have an adrenal problem first and it’s being investigated?
It’s my understanding(although I might be wrong) that if that’s case he’s quite right x
Welcome to the forum, Claudie6.
Yes, you are overtly hypothyroid to have TSH so high and FT4 below range and need Levothyroxine replacement thyroid hormone. NICE recommends a starting dose of 50mcg - 100mcg for patients <50 without heart disease.

If you've not been contacted by your practice to make a GP appointment to discuss your results or to collect a prescription for Levothyroxine you should consider making a formal written complaint to the practice manager.
Also ask for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 to be tested. These can be extremely low when hypo and if so will also need treating to help thyroid hormones work
Ask for thyroid antibodies to be tested too
