Hi Clutter I was for about 8 months but didn't really feel a huge difference. Then lots of family issues which meant I stopped focussing on me and just went back to Levo (175). However determined to get myself sorted so have ordered selenium, zinc, b12, iron and magnesium. I remember reading that some T3 is better than others and thought I may have just got a poor supply hence my post. Was also wondering if i should give the bovine grain (NDT?) a try? Would really appreciate any information , addresses you can give me. Jan
