Are people still having success taking Armour or is it too different now?

Thanks!

Too different to what? It’s the most expensive NDT, that’s for sure. Which is why many take other brands of NDT. I take Nature Throid.

I have been taking Armour for eight years, I think k it was reformulated prior to that, but not sure.

I currently take 2.5 grains, but of late I've started to wonder if it's as potent, I guess some batches can differ, also each person's uptake.

I read on an adrenal fatigue site that you need nearer 3 grains to benefit.

I think the company got taken over and the price sent through the roof.

I wonder about changing but I'm frightened of going g down hill.

I was told by Dr . Peatfield that you need to take more Armour in the Winter months

Has Armour been reformulated again after the 2009 reformation...? I know it doubled or even tripled in price after another company took over a few years ago, and that's when pharmacies in Belgium (where I used to order NDT before switching to Thai NDT) stopped sourcing it...one pharmacist told me there was simply no demand for it, which makes sense if it works less well than it used to but costs a lot more than other brands.

Yes, it was sold and completely changed in my opinion. It still suits some though, it would seem. I'm floundering. I can't find anything to suit and it's difficult when GP's won't look outside the box. Thanks for your reply

I agree with Peatfield. My symptoms always worsen in Winter months...might be lack of Vit D.
