Latest blood results on 60mcg T3

FT4 9.2 pmcl/L (9.0-19.0)

FT3 4.1 pmcl/L (2.6-6.0)

TSH 0.03 mIU/L (0.3-3.5)

RT3 88 L pmcl/L (140-540)

Should dose of T3 be increased ?

Stoddy,

It depends how you feel. If you feel hypothyroid then there is scope to increase dose to raise FT3.

Yes I am going to raise Doc said wow 60mcg is a high dose of T3 which made me uncomfortable raising but if still tired and weight loss resistant it's obviously not high enough !

Stoddy,

Have you checked ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate levels? Low/deficient levels can cause fatigue.

Yes supplementing all as well as Vit C , Selenium,Zinc,Magnesium,Ashwaghandaand Adrenal support 🙄

Yeah, but did you check levels first to see how much you need to supplement?
