I need someone to list what blood work I need to have done to get some help!My doctor thinks because my TSH is 1.7 (the only
one he gave me) that he doesn’t have to change my strength of thyroid meds.I have swollen ankles, feet and legs, that I used to get with Levoxyl and if strength was adjustd itwould subside. When he started me on nature throid about 3 mths ago it seemed good, but then the swelling started again!
I need to know what blood tests I need as soon as possible as My appt. is 12/12 I will get them at my appt. Thank you, Marin 5

Most people on NatureThroid (NDT) are optimally dosed when FT3 is in the upper third of range and TSH will usually then be low in range 0.3 - 1.0 or even suppressed. Ask for TSH, FT4 and FT3 to be tested.
