WHITE CELL COUNT 6.13 (4.00 - 11.00)

HAEMATOCRIT 0.40 (0.37 - 0.47)

PLATELETS 250 (140 - 400)

IRON 5.7 (6.0 - 26.0) GP comments - just out of range - acceptable

TRANSFERRIN SATURATION 12 (12 - 45)

"Just out of range - acceptable" and below range with the remark "not clinically significant" is negligence on your doctor's part.

You need to ask your GP why there are ranges if they're going to be ignored, that you require treatment or - and probably the best option - see a different GP, sort treatment, then make a formal complaint against this one.
