Your GP is bumbling around and not knowing what s/he is doing.
Liothyronine (T3) should be taken every day, not alternate days. Buy a pillcutter and halve the tablets and take 10mcg daily. T3 is out of the blood 6 hours after taking it so your levels will not build and stabilise taking it alternate days.
Despite TSH being suppressed you aren't overmedicated because FT4 and FT3 are within range. See how you feel on 125/150mcg Levothyroxine alternate days and 10mcg Liothyronine every day.
thanks for reply have invested in pill cutter and am going to take 150 thyroxine and 10 liovo a day have booked app with gp but after checking receptionist has booked me in with the nurse, so will ring monday and try and get gp app will probably have to wait till next year at this rate, they cant be that worried about my blood results and they took four weeks to contact me by letter to book a telephone app, would rather see doctor face to face to get it sorted.
Those results look OK-ish for someone on T3. Free T3 is a bit lower than you would want - you need to take t3 at least once a day every day as it is not stored - you are stressing your body unnecessarily by not taking it every day. Your GP doesn't understand how to read blood tests for someone on T3. You might want to increase T3 by a quarter of a tablet and take it in 2 or 3 divided doses. Your TSH will be suppressed whether you increase or not so just ignore GP.
have gone back to 150 a day thyroxine and 10 levo if i ever get to see a doctor then will tell them thats what iam doing as fed up with them reducing and making me feel worse, meant to be seeing doctor this month but they booked me in with nurse for some strange reason so will ring in morning and try to sort.
