Hi everyone . Had half thyroid removed last sat . Received a outpatients appointment not until 27th dec. Thats a 5 week wait . I call consultant secretary was told due to xmas clinic have been reduced. Thats the earliest. Can't believe the wait . I had kidney cancer this time last year . Consultant didn't think its related but i cant help worrying . X

I'm sorry you have such a long wait. It's an anxious time. If you feel unwell in the meantime visit your GP. They can contact the consultant for advice.
