Hiii it’s me again. Iv been the ENT post op appt today. App they found 6 cancers on my thyroid eeek. And tho I’m now feeling much better on the 100mcg levythroxine, consultant said my TSH is a bit high so put me on 75 1 day 100 the next. I’m hoping I won’t feel awful again like I did last week.
Here’s my results. Dyu reckon I’ll still feel good on new alternate day dose. As I say I’m just starting to feel good. Being on 100mcg a day.

TSH 0.03 is suppressed, not high. Your ENT has reduced dose from 100mcg to 87.5mcg. I'm a little surprised that your ENT doesn't want your TSH suppressed as it can help reduce chances of thyCa recurrence.
75mcg/100mcg alternate days averages 87.5mcg daily. I wouldn't drop dose. FT3 4.3 is low in range and will drop to bottom of range, maybe lower, if you reduce dose.
If you feel well the results are good. I don't think there is any problem with TSH suppressed at 0.03 or with FT4 being mildly over range but I wouldn't feel well with FT3 so low in range.

I would go with Clutter on this one and not reduce dose yet if you're feeling well because FT3 is not very high. If they were my results, I would want to retest in 4 weeks to see if FT3 is rising above range and if so then adjust dose. I think it's really problematic to keep changing dose just when you are feeling better and getting stable as you could start feeling unwell. Stability is really important as very small changes can make a big difference to how you feel.
