Dr Chatterjee and T3

Some of you may have see a letter from said doctor to a gp practice on facebook itt campaign page. The point of the letter is he supports the use of T3 as long as Tsh doesn't become suppressed. He points out that after the hospital stabalises the patient the gp practice will be responsible for describing going forward. In this case ccg refused funding. Normal high normal levels of T3 and low normal TSH seems a big ask.

I don't see how you can have decent free T3 levels from meds and also in range TSH. It doesn't seem to work the same as it does in healthy people.
