what time in the morning do you take levo?

i take it usually at 6am sometimes 6:30

i was wondering i can take it at 5 am as i wake up for work

Hi Joannagof, I take mine between 2-4am as I wake up at night. This way I'm sure nothing interferes with the absorption and I do not have to worry about timing other things in the morning. The earlier you take it the less you will have to worry about drink/food in the morning interfering with the absorption of Levo.

I'm the same. I'm guaranteed to have a night time excursion to the loo and I have my levo and a glass of water right by my bed in readiness so it's right in my eyeline as I get out of bed half-asleep.

I suppose the bonus is that I wake up reasonbly hydrated too.....and of course as sybilla14 says there's none of that juggling with breakfast and tea, coffee etc..

There's no reason why you cannot take it when you awake at 5 a.m.

is it 2 hours between tea with milk & before & after dosing?

If you've fasted most of the night your stomach will be empty so a 1 hour wait is fine after taking levothyroxine before eating.
