You are becoming hypothyroid. TSH is high because FT4 and FT3 are low but they'll almost certainly still be within range. NHS will diagnose hypothyroidism when TSH is over range or (if tested) when FT4 is below range. Arrange your next blood draw early in the morning when TSH is highest, and fast (water only) because TSH drops after eating and drinking.
You could supplement 100-200mcg selenium which is good thyroid support.
Thanks. Clutter I really thought I was going hyper again because symptoms are so similar especially the overheating I'm walking to work without a coat and getting some strange looks I'm postive for graves and hashi but graves it much more over
