Hi I have Hashimotos due to raised antibodies. I have an endo appointment next week. I take 50mcg levothyroxine reduced from 150mcg levothyroxine due to suppressed TSH and I was diagnosed in 2014. Was doing well on 200mcg levothyroxine and 20mcg T3. Thanks in advance.
NOV-2017
TSH 6.2 (0.2 - 4.2)
Free T4 12.7 (12 - 22)
Free T3 3.1 (3.1 - 6.8)
TPO antibody 404.5 (<34)
TG antibody 259.3 (<115)

You have an Autoimmune Thyroid Disease called Hashimoto's. The commonest form which leads to hypothyroidism. The antibodies attack the gland until the person is hypothyroid. Your doctor was wrong to reduce your dose and I hope the Endocrinologist will inform him of this.
Thyroid antibodies attack the thyroid gland and they wax and wane until you are hypothyroid.
Your TSH is too high, the aim is 1 or lower. FT4 and FT3 too low, the aim is towards the upper part of the range.
There's no harm to us if TSH is suppressed, some of us only feel well if it is suppressed and thyroid cancer patients have to have a suppressed TSH. Many prefer a suppressed TSH but many doctors, wrongly, assume we will have a heart attack or osteo but you can not feel well with such low FT4 and FT3.
I hope the Endo is sympathetic and knowledgeable and will help you recover your health.
