Sorry you've had no replies so far. People sometimes find they get a better response if they type the results in. Not everyone can see pics like this clearly. Plus it would keep all your results on one post. :)

These suggest you FT4 and FT3 are low. Interesting tests. I have never done one of these

Also iodine is low

I will add SeasideSusie in here

I have Hashimoto's so would never dream of taking iodine. But your Medichecks results show no antibodies

You might consider iodine or choose iodine rich diet to see if helps

Added this in not really about the Hashimoto's, but because he is positive about it for other patients.

Thanks again. I have an iodine supplement, as recommended by my nutritionist on its way to me. Will look at that link , cheers!

Out of interest, what iodine supplement has your nutritionist suggested and any cofactors? I'm interested to know how low iodine is treated (as it's something that's not recommended to do without the guidance of an experienced practioner).

Thanks SeasideSusie , she recommended Biotics liquid iodine 60 ml 6 drops daily from NutriAdvanced, as well as Selenium. In addition for the thyroid support she suggested nutriadvanced.co.uk/nutri-t..., one a day for 3 days then two a day for 3 days then three a day and stay on this dose. Take before 1 PM.

I don't know anything about iodine I'm afraid, but Nutri Advanced is a good brand and one of the brands used by a practioner I used to consult with.
