Yes. What has your GP said about your results?

Do you have an appointment booked to see your GP and discuss these results?

Many GPs wont diagnose hypothyroidism until TSH reaches 10. However, yours is over range with below range FT4 and that should be enough for your GP to prescribe Levothyroxine. And it might help if you print off the symptom list and tick any that apply to you to show your GP thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...

Is this your first thyroid test?

Do you actually have all those symptoms or have you just copied the list? Tick any symptoms off on the list I linked to. Give them to your GP. Point out your over range TSH, under range FT4 and ask for a prescription for Levo.

It might be an idea to see a different GP.

No I had thyroid test done 4 years ago and I had TSH 5.3 (0.2 - 4.2) and Free T4 16.8 (12 - 22) I have all these symptoms from the list and only deleted 3 or 4

Then go and see a GP. Tell him you have a rising TSH, it is now well over range with a below range FT4, you have all the symptoms ticked on your list and ask for a prescription for 50mcg Levo, retest in 6-8 weeks followed by an increase of 25mcg, repeat retesting/increasing dose until your symptoms abate and you feel well.

When booking thyroid tests, always book the very first appointment of the morning, fast overnight (water allowed) and leave off Levo for 24 hours. This gives the highest possible TSH which is needed when looking for an increase in dose or to avoid a reduction. TSH is highest early morning and lowers throughout the day. It also lowers after eating. This is a patient to patient tip which we don't discuss with doctors or phlebotomists.
