Tsh 0.2 t4 17 t3 4.5. I am on 75 mgs daily and suddenly this morning my energy level dropped and I felt washed out. Can thyroid levels fluctuate even on medication.

Thyroid levels fluctuate throughout the day and night. If you're feeling washed out perhaps you are coming down with a cold or something.
