Stabilising PTU dosage.

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone could please advise me. I'm 10 months post partum and still feeling not right and very frustrated! I was put on 50mg ptu everyday though it was apparent that wasn't enough and in September my TSH was 0.02 (0.27-4.2), T3 was 6.6 (3.1-6.8) and T4 was 22.1 (12-22) and I was having hyper symptoms. So my dosage was doubled. 4 weeks later were TSH 0.27, T3 4.8 and T4 14.8 so a lot better. Now 3 weeks on I have been feeling very tired, a bit groggy, cold and breathless and my eyes hurt. And my resting heart rate has gone very low (41 at times). My wrist joints started really aching too and just had general joint pain. My worry is I'm now going hypo as I am very sensitive to medication. Does anyone have any advice? I know I'll have a blood test in a couple of weeks but it really is hard work and I don't want to go deeper into hypo! My endo told me I wouldn't go hypo yet but they also reassured me I wouldn't go hyper and I did so I'm not feeling very confident at all. Has anyone been through similar? What did you do? I'm thinking of a tt at some point but know there is a risk this won't fix things.
