B12 results and further tests?

Hello, I’m after some advise for my dad who recently had results back for his thyroid and b12 came in at 223, are there any tests he can ask for which covers pernicious anemia?

Does he have result for folate? B12 and folate work together.

He could ask to be tested for intrinsic factor antibodies.

Thanks you seasidesusie, I actually thought I’d posted this on the PAS, ops lol! thank you for the response. He does have tiredness which isn’t helped by sleep apnea, he is very forgetful also! I’ve just posted his thyroid results so I don’t know if there’s anything in those that would point to Pa?
