I love this app. Scan Gluten Free UK App for Iphone - Enjoy Gluten Free Living

itunes.apple.com/us/app/sca...

And also:

Find me gluten free for restaurants.

Be careful with cross contamination. Some people have two toasters etc but maybe make your whole household gf. Six months is the average for physical results. It’s hard but worth it.

80% are Hashi - do you definitely have high anti bodies?

Someone else will probably have a recipes page etc. I’m single and can’t cook so no help in that aspect.

What's the medical name for antibodies? I had tons of testing done and have my numbers but don't know the tests your referring to as I'm super new

Do you have antibodies for Graves and also for hypothyroid? When you post your labs people can help you figure it out.

I’ve got both kinds of antibodies and was diagnosed with Graves. I’m kind of lost at this point trying to figure out what’s going on. Will be interested to see what others will say about your situation.

The basics that need to be avoided in a gf diet are wheat, barley and rye. As malt and spirit vinegar are brewed from barley, look in detail at the ingredients in processed food; mayonnaise, for example, contains vinegar. It’s easy to slip up if you don’t know where it lurks! The easiest way is to eat more fresh veg and fruit rather that buy gf stuff which tends to be full of synthetic ingredients. The good news is that your energy levels may go through the roof. 😀

Ewilma, welcome to the site, I am also new to this and the guys on here have so much knowledge. I have also gone gluten free which has been 3 months now and already feels natural, try tesco free from products and be careful with chocolate products. So much energy since the move.

Is tesco free from products an app? I'm from the us so I might not have the same options

What's your favorite gf item

Hi, sorry I meant Tesco the shop, which you will not have in the US. Most food is gluten free, the hardest part is finding out what is, use Google alot. Do stick with it though it does make a difference. Gluten free crackerbreads are my favourite and a nice wine of course.
