Zinc/ veins

I have varicose and spider veins. A doctor suggested taking zinc, which constipated me. Does zinc really help with veins?

Did he test your zinc? A supplement will only help if it's needed. However, hypos are usually low in zinc, so it could very well help - if not with the veins, then with other things, like conversion.
