i can order prescriptions and book appointments but thats it

yet on the sign in page it shows veiw medical notes

My surgery does absolutely nothing online, they even closed down their website. But I'm in Wales so they're not obliged to have online access as in England.

I have online services to book appointments and order prescriptions and last week I dropped off the relevant forms and ID to have access to my medical records. Someone us now supposed to be contacting me about this. Nothing so far but will let you know when I hear back from them.

My surgery does do it but i had problems signing into it so havent bothered but really it would make life easier, especially to view your bloid test etc. I may chase that now.x

When you get a password. Changed it to one you remember. Your user Id is normally your name and birthday. You will get use to it.

My surgery offer prescriptions order and very limited app booking....as in about 2 apps per month available

Mine does. It’s got appointment, medication, test results, medications that you taken in the pass, any jabs you had when you wore younger, it gives you a very small amount of why you see the doctor/nurse. But medical notes you only see a bit. And question about asumer, smoking and drinking. The main web site is full of information as well. They also have a Facebook page as well. And keep you up dated as well.
