Well, first of all you are undermedicated. What has your GP said about these results? Most patients diagnosed and treated for hypothyroid conditions don't feel well until their TSH is 1.0 or slightly lower.
What about vitamin levels, have you had those tested and have you got thyroid antibodies?
You are very under medicated. The aim of Levothyroxine is to give high enough dose to bring TSH down to around one, FT4 towards top of range, around 20.
Ask for immediate 25mcgs dose increase. Retesting after 6 weeks. All thyroid tests should be as early as possible in morning, fasting and don't take Levo in 24 hours beforehand, delay and take straight after. this gives highest TSH and most consistent results
Always take Levo on empty stomach and then nothing apart from water for at least an hour after. Some take on waking, others prefer bedtime
Highly likely you also have very low vitamins - if not been tested ask for Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 to be tested. Always get actual results and ranges
Breathlessness is often low ferritin/low iron
Do you already have injections for Pernicious Anaemia?
Are they regular enough to improve levels, do you also supplement folate and/or vitamin B complex
