I have been suffering from hypo for the past 5 years and had a roller coaster ride between hypo and hyper . I have experienced body aches and pains and sometimes even bedridden with muscular spasms.But I have started practicing yoga for the last 5 months and it improved by condition magically along with the intake of vit D. My Tsh is almost stable now with improved health .

Had done a 3 months basic course in Yoga and continuing the second stage . Regularly doing all asanas related to neck and breathing exercises like kapalbathi and pranayama . Hope more people will be benefited from this awarenes.
