There is no information in your profile or your post. Are you diagnosed Hypo and on thyroid meds? If so the aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo and you would need an increase. If not then your TSH is within range and wont get you a diagnosis.

No I am not diagnosed but I was feeling very down and tired , wasn't feeling like going to work most of the days that's why my gp asked for these results but I didn't know if they are normal ?

Well, they're within the normal range and your GP will say they're normal. But of course, your TSH is high, your thyroid is struggling. Do you have any signs and symptoms of Hypothyroidism thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...

But like I say, it's not likely that you will get a diagnosis.

However, low nutrients wont be helping and they bring their own symptoms.

Your Ferritin for a start, being that low your own thyroid hormone can't work properly. And low Ferritin can be indicative of iron deficiency anaemia so it's important to get those other tests.

Check out restartmed.com/low-ferritin/

Low Vit D will be causing a problem

healthline.com/nutrition/vi...

B12 deficiency has lots of signs and symptoms

b12deficiency.info/signs-an...

So optimising nutrients is a good first step.

Vit D - 100-150nmol/L

B12 - very top of range, even 900-1000

Folate - at least half way through it's range

Ferritin - at least 70, recommended is half way through range

I explained to my gp about my tiredness and lack of enthusiasm to continue my exercise routine and I have most of the symptoms of hypothyroidism, as I insisted they send me for the test and the results are in front of me now .

Unfortunately, your GP's hands are tied by the guidelines. lf he treats whilst you are within range then he's in trouble.

You can look through BMJ's Best Practice overview of the different results in thyroid tests. Low means below range, High means above range.

bestpractice.bmj.com/best-p...

Unfortunately, Normal TSH, Normal FT4 and Normal FT3 doesn't give any sort of diagnosis.

The nearest you could get is subclinical hypothyroidism if you have a high (over range but not reached 10) TSH with normal FT4 and FT3 when showing signs/symptoms of hypothyroidism.

And here is NICE Clinical Knowledge Summary - Hypothyroidism which you can read through

cks.nice.org.uk/hypothyroid...

What time of day was your thyroid test done and had you eaten?

For the highest possible TSH it needs to be done at the very earliest appointment of the morning after an overnight fast (and your GP wont tell you this, it's a patient to patient tip). TSH is highest around midnight so the earliest possible appointment is needed - no later than 9am. Then it lowers throughout the day, so the later in the day your blood is drawn the lower the TSH will be. Also, eating lowers TSH so a very early appointment and no breakfast before the blood draw (just water to drink from previous night) are what's needed. Whether that would push your TSH up to over 5.5 I don't know but it's worth a try. However, I don't think the NHS allows your GP to repeat thyroid function tests until 3 months have elapsed since the last one.

Yes I looked up and did my blood test early around 9 am and fasted the whole night around 12 hours or so no drinks just water .

I agree with others and those results won’t result in a useful diagnosis.

You want to also test both thyroid antibodies, FT4 and FT3 at same time. Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

If you can't get full thyroid and vitamin testing from GP

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw . Both often run money off offers

Photo shows

B12 329 (246-911)

This is too low, needs to be at least 500, most need it higher

Folate 4 (3.4-20)

Too low especially with B12 low too

Very unlikely GP will test for Pernicious Anaemia, but you could post all three results on

PAS Unlocked

Ferritin 26.8 (20-300)

This is very very low - needs to be half way in range or at least 70!

See SeasideSusie detailed vitamin supplements advice eg

There's no vitamin D result that I can see

If not been done you can get just this tested via vitamindtest.org.uk £28 postal test

I would suspect you have low stomach acid and or gluten intolerance

Gut certainly doesn't seem to be absorbing vitamins

Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms.
