Quick recap, you can see from my last post, I tried T3 out of frustration, worked so hard to loose weight. With out success, I took all your advise and stopped taking it.

I went to see my doctor to see if she could help with the non wieght loss. I have included a copy of my bloods here. I did ask to be tested for reverse T3. Can not find it here.

Would really appreciate your diagnosis so when I go to see the doctor, I am ready to put forward my arguments.

Regards

Shon

Ps. Another thing I don't understand seem my triglycerides is high, which surprises me. From my diet and exercise routine, how can this be.

I can't read your results - so I can't comment but I hope someone can.

With the best will in the world, I cannot read any of this even enlarging it on my laptop. Could you post key results by typing them out?

NHS doesn't do rT3, I'd be surprised if any NHS doctor knows what it is. And like the others, impossible to read your results

Reference ranges are needed too. Results can't be interpreted without them, they vary from lab to lab so no common ranges.

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results

Shon, there are a number of reasons why you may not be loosing the weight you desire. Some that come to mind are (1) insulin resistance, (2) leptin resistance, (3) diet -- your macros, (4) caloric restriction, (4) hypothyroidism, (5) others.

The first thing that comes to mind based on this and your last post is diet and caloric restriction. If you are essentially eating too little and not eating the right foods, it's near impossible to lose weight. Have you investigated a macro based diet program, such as IFFYM?

Not what you're looking for?
