I`m trying ashwaganda at the moment to see if it helps my thyroid. How long before I see any results?, & why is it so hard to find in health shops? i have to order it online.

I'm not sure that ashwagandha does help thyroid. What exactly are you expecting it to do?
Ive read that it stimulates the thyroid to function normally. I won`t know for sure until my next blood test in the spring.
