Finally got my results!!!
We can't see the reference ranges in these results - as per the comments here: healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Now, that said, they're all saying that the results are in range - but members might need a bit more information if they're to make helpful suggestions such as whether you're currently taking any supplements, medications, thyroid hormones etc.
As far as I can tell, everything is within range. Something that is obviously missing is a vitamin D result?
B12 is too low at 200, needs to be at the very top of the range. Do you have signs of B12 deficiency b12deficiency.info/signs-an... if so then you should post on the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum for further advice healthunlocked.com/pasoc
Ferritin is tool ow at 49, it should be at least 70 for thyroid hormone to work (our own or replacement) and recommended is half way through it's range. You can help raise your level by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...
Everything else seems fine but as ITYFIALMCTT has mentioned, Vit D is missing and you should get this tested. If GP wont test it then for £28 you can get a fingerprick bloodspot test from City Assays vitamindtest.org.uk/
