Hi ..if you think you are having a reaction to ndt and decide to take an antihistamine with it ..do you take both at the same time or take the antihistamine a some time before ?...I just simply can't stop tingling in my face and it isn't b12 related imo as it's 607 (160-1000) and started when my b12 had been top of the range (it's dropped as I stopped supplementing it.
