With all the great suggestions / research / ideas / general advice being given out each day how about a central board of best practice ideas we can all refer to and this can be developed over time as new ideas evolve ?

I don't see how this would work. How would it be decided what constitutes great suggestions or advice, what should qualify for inclusion, and then who would maintain such a page?

Under Topics (on the right side of the page if you are using a PC) there is a topic for Research Papers.
