I had a TT 2 years ago and my thyroid levels are staying low. Today tsh is 0.275 and t4 1.61. What else could be making it stay low. I take 125 mcg Synthryoid and now she's adding another 25 mg just on Mondays. I don't understand. I have Hashimotos Disease is this just going to be the way it will always be. 14 years of fluctuating and it's tiring..

Why did you have a TT? Grave's? If so, it's possible that your TSH will never rise, because that is now your set point. But, it doesn't matter. You are on thyroid hormone replacement, so the TSH is irrelevant.

What's more important is giving a range for the FT4. :)
