You need a new blood test for your thyroid hormones. It has to be the earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test and take it afterwards.
Ask for TSH, T4, T3, T4, Free T4, Free T3 and antibodies. (if you know you have antibodies you don't need this one). If GP or lab wont do all of these you can have a private one from one of the recommended labs. They are home pin-prick tests and you must be well hydrated a couple of days before blood draw.
Your Free T4 and Free T3 are necessary even if doctors are unaware of this phenomenon and read on the following link why they are necessary.

Your dose of NDT may not be high enough.
Also ask GP to test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate. If low these also cause symptoms.
Get a print-out of your results with the ranges and post for comments.

Thank so much for your reply,I will go and see my doctor, for tests, but I won't hold my breath, because he doesn't seem to like doing to much for me,and I am only allowed to ask 2questions.i will put my results on here.thanks very much.
When we take NDT our results may not correlate in that they were invented for levothyroxine alone and NDT contains all of the hormones. They will still be helpful.
When we take NDT, the usual way is to begin on a dose and if still symptomatic we increase by 1/4 tablet every week or so until we are symptoms free.
I'll give you a couple of links which may be helpful.

You should insist your heart is checked, my husband had shoulder pain and it was a silent heart attack.
Hi thank you for your reply,I will see if my doctor will do anything for me,and I will let you know.thanks very much.
You should see an osteopath for a proper diagnosis. They will tell you whether it's musculoskeletal or referred from something visceral. They will then advise next steps. They will want to know about your meds and medical history. Please don't leave it. Best wishes..
