Once again Boots are having problems getting Mercury Phama Liothyronine for me. This is an ongoing saga for me,I gave boots my prescription on the 9th of September and I am still waiting, does anyone know why Mercury Phama Liothyronine is difficult to obtain?
Thanks in advance

My wife has phoned Advanz Customer Care and has been told each time, there is no problem with the supply and for Boots to ring Advanz with any questions.
My wife has given Boots the Advanz Customer Care number more then once, this is ongoing ,if I could tolerate any other brand I would gladly switch. It should not be this hard to obtain a prescribed brand in the UK in 2020
We only have 2 Boots pharmacies here. Both unable (unwilling?) to supply any specific brand.
I have Morningside T3 and Mercury Levothyroxine
Small independent pharmacy 10 miles away has several patients who always need MP Levothyroxine. So always carries that and always gets Morningside T3 for me (blister packed and seems to last better)
I get MP Liothyronine from my local Boots, the latest this week and (fingers crossed) haven’t had any problems . Hopefully, they will be able to get it for you.
Hi phronsias2 I had the same problem with Boots a while back. Spoke to Advanz and spoke to Boots Pharmacy manager. They order it for me in advance so when there is a change of staff there won't be a problem. In spite of that sometimes they try to push Teva God knows why?
I have just had a phone conversation with Boots and they were told Mercury Phama Liothyronine is no longer available, I told her I rang Advanz Customer Care direct line 5 minutes ago and there is no problem with stocks or the supply chain, and members of this forum had received Mercury Phama Liothyronine from Boots this week, The person said she will look into this and ring me back.I have T3 for 5 days left.
