Can you cut T3 tablets?

Can you cut T3 tablets? I have a 25mcg T3 tablet, but only want to take 20mcg.

You can cut T3 tablets, but I think you will struggle to cut 1/5 of the tablet off. Cutting a tablet into 2 (12.5mcg per half) or 4 (6.25mcg per quarter) is about the best you are likely to manage.

You could try taking 3/4 of a tablet = 18.75mcg.

You should be able to quarter a 25mcg into 6.25mcg doses with a pillcutter which can be purchased from any high street pharmacy. 18.75mcg is likely to be the closest you will get to 20mcg.

I use a small scalpel, can cut pretty small. I started with 1/8th tablet twice day, before moving up to 1/4's
