Heavy head for days

Really hate this heavy head feeling ....feels likes it's busy , rushing about inside and in a vice ....what causes this as I get it now a then and feel like Im a zombie at times ...does anyone else feel this

Oh yes!!! It’s like winter in my head and summer outside or your head is wrapped in a thick quilt and your wearing a summer dress!!! Head fog I believe it is know as. It appears to come and go as it pleases

I've had it permanently for last several years ..it's like a hangover that never goes away ever a 24/7 headache...all avenues have been exhausted with me and absolutely nothing ever has stopped it....I can only put it down to the condition of hypothroidism /hashimotos and not been thus far ever reaching a sweetspot medication wise!
