Ashwagandha

Hello-

I was just wondering if taking my evening dose of Ashwagandha will interfere with absorption of other supplements such as vitamin K2, and vitamin D3.

In other words can I take them all at once? Or rather within the same hour is that OK?

PS I just bought a zinc supplement today and I wonder when I am supposed to take this as well. It has a couple of other ingredients in it and it is of liquid form. I will probably post more information on it in a different posting tomorrow.
