It depends what autoimmune diseases you have. Hashimoto's doesn't qualify as an autoimmune disease requiring a flu jab.
Have you had one ?
Just the last couple of years I’ve had one. Also have other auto immune issues.
I read today that last years jab was ineffective for over 65's.

Exactly right, this yearss flu jab would only be based upon last year flu strain which has already altered. In fact science cannot keep up with the 100's of different types.
It will possibly contain minuet traces of mercury too.
There is a link with Alzheimer’s and the flu jab now, all you have to do is look up the ingredients and you will see why!
