Hi I feel a little confused I've asked a question and asked for private message help and my post has been removed and ability to reply ?

Hi with reference to my previous post asking for help I paid particular attention to making sure I didn't mention anyone in particular or any company but the post has been removed and replies switched off have I done something wrong ? I thought it was alright to ask people on the forum with lots of knowledge and expertise for advice ? I desperately need advice and help and my reply from someone has gone ?

Not sure what I do now ?

Hello Kazbe. I can see the administrator has replied on your post 2 hours ago and explained that your post is closed and people can make private replies.

People are able to reply privately though the message function. I think the reason is that people cannot publicaly post information on non-prescription items so you don't need to worry. There isn't a problem, it's just the system.
