Optimum time for blood test.

I have Graves' disease and Thyroid Eye Disease and currently take carbimozole. I have booked to take a medichecks M574 full Thyroid test. For this I will go to my local lab - is there an optimum time of day to have the sample collected and is there a need to fast prior to test?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Millea,

I'm not aware that there is a fasting requirement or advantage in testing early in the morning for hyperthyroid patients.
