Hi Everyone, I have not posted for a while because things have settled down for me considerably, I now have t3 on prescription bu have had to buy WP thyroid to supplement because couldn't stabilise everything on t3 alone so I take half grain of WPthyroid which contains t4 and t3 and I take 10 mcg of t3 with that in the morning then in the afternoon I take another 10mcg of T3. But it seems like my old symptoms are coming back, lethargy, tiredness, wieght gain when I don't eat much, does anyone else have similar issues? Thanks for any help in advance

Glad you have been doing well. Do you have recent blood tests with ranges to share ? Could help members spot something that may help 😊

No I don't, unfortunately my blood results never correspond to symptoms etc, so I don't even bother going for them apart from the fact I am in China at the moment teaching English and I have not found a hospital where I can get my bloods done yet. Thanks for reply. The last time I had my bloods done it looked like I was hyperthyroid!

OK - understand 😊 Are you keeping up with your supplements ? B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD - hope all your levels are optimal ....

I don't need supplements, I get all I need from my food, at the last reading everything was in normal range! :)

You are very fortunate to obtain all you need from foods. For most thyroid sufferers absorption issues play a big part in nutrient deficiencies.

I am sure you remember from before that being in the normal range means very little. One needs to have optimal results as legthargy and fatigue can be caused by less than super duper results for B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD.

Without any results for thyroid and nutrients we would be shooting in the dark with suggestions 😊
