Can anyone help.y stomach is gurgling constantly . I take apple cider vinegar in the mornings and use HCl betaine with pepsin with meals. Am I using too much and why does my stomach do this ?

Maybe try one or the other but not both? Either take apple cider vinegar or HCL Betain but don't combine?
