So if you take thyroxine ,is there a steady consistant flow of t4 then t3 once it is converted ?Then if you reduce your dose of thyroxine and add t3 at spaced out times is there a continual dose of t3 in your system,at night I guess not,so will the t3 give you boosts of t3 throughout the day and will the body be confused by this ?

Opinions vary. I tend towards the Dr Lowe school of thought, that taking all your T3 at once - if you're on T3 - saturates the cells, and that lasts for a couple of days, topped up daily by taking a consistant dose of T3 every day. Works for me.

So could I take my 50 thyroxine and 20 t3 in morning and be OK.It would save a lot of hassle having g to split t3 ?

You could. Try it and see. Taking it all in one go suits a lot of people. Others find they need to split the dose. We're all different, and it's all trial and error, I'm afraid.
