I'm not good with active B12 but that is obviously low in range, and your folate is very low. Do you have any signs of B12 deficiency b12deficiency.info/signs-an... If so then please post on the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum for further advice healthunlocked.com/pasoc

Ferretin- 63(22-275 ug/l)

Iron level - 13 (11.0-29.0umol/L)

Ferritin is recommended to be half way through it's range, with a minimum of 70 for thyroid hormone to work. You can help raise your level by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

Your iron level is low but hopefully someone else will comment on that.

Rheumatoid factor <9 (0.0-19.0 IU/ml)

As that is well within range then it is good.

Hi Leanne, do you have thyroid disease and are you being treated? This could affect these results?

Could you post your thyroid results and ranges? It may not be as good as you are lead to believe.
