We get one every year, no problems.
This has been discussed endlessly on here. If you do a search, a lot of other threads will come up where people give their reasons for and against.
May I recommend the Arnica group for more info on this .
It will give you new information .
Since I had my thyroid removed in 2015 I never have the flu jab.
The jab contains thiomersal - a mercury containing agent which I would like to avoid at all costs.
