Hi ive been diagnosed with panic disorder. Ive been suffering with heart palps, breathlessness and dizziness for the last year. Was just wondering if my blood results could be why i have these symptoms. Serum folate is 4.6ug/l(3.9-26.8), serum ferritin is 89ug/l(30-400) and serum b12 is 249ng/l(197-771). All just within the normal range but on the low side. Thanks.

Welcome to our forum scottlayton35,
Have you been diagnosed with hypothyroidism? I shall give you a list of clinical symptoms and you might find there are a few that you have at present.

If you've not had a blood test for thyroid hormones, ask GP to test TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies. He may not or lab may not test T3, FT4 and FT3 but if you wish we have private labs which will do home pin-prick postal tests.
The test for thyroid hormones has to be the very earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and if you were taking thyroid hormones, you'd allow a 24 hour gap between last dose and test and take afterwards.
Forget about 'normal' or 'ok' or 'fine' with regard to blood test results and we also must have the ranges. Ranges are important as labs differ and do you have the ranges for those you've given above? If so you can edit your post by clicking on the down arrow on the right of 'follow post' tick edit and you will then be able to edit.
I will say that your B12 is far too low. Recommendations are that the aim should be around 1,000. Below 500 changes occur in the spinal column fluid and 1,000 is recommended to try to prevent dementia/alzeimers.
You can supplement with B12 sublingual methylcobalamin tablets. I find Amazon has a selection and few pharmacists seem to have sublingual methylcobalamin. If you use Amazon (for anything at all) you can help raise funds for TUK and details are below:

Thanks ive edited my post with ranges in brackets. My gp said my thryroid was fine from a previous blood test but i never saw the results. My symptoms seem to correlate with anaemia symtpoms. I seem to feel tired all the time as well even when ive slept and eaten well. Ive always felt that my symptoms cause my anxiety, not the other way round.
